FAQ

Q: What materials are your vacuum containers made of?

A: Our containers are made from high-quality borosilicate glass or BPA-free plastic, both certified for food safety. All materials meet international standards such as FDA and LFGB.

Q: How long can food stay fresh in your vacuum boxes?

A: With negative pressure vacuum technology, food freshness can be extended 3–5 times longer compared with regular storage. This helps reduce waste and keeps flavors intact.

Q: Are the containers microwave and dishwasher safe?

A: Yes. The glass series is microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe (lids should be removed before heating). The plastic series is safe for refrigeration and washing, but not recommended for high-temperature cooking.

Q: How do I use the vacuum pump?

A: Simply place the pump valve on the lid and press or activate the pump. Within seconds, air is removed, creating a vacuum seal. Our electric vacuum pump provides faster, hands-free operation.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For standard models, MOQ is one carton per item. For OEM/ODM projects, MOQ depends on customization requirements. Please contact us for details.

Q: How do you ensure product quality?

A: We operate modern production lines with strict quality control systems. Every batch undergoes testing for vacuum sealing performance, durability, and safety. Our factory is ISO9001, ISO22000, and BSCI certified.

Q: How are products packaged for shipment?

A: All containers are packed in protective cartons with shockproof materials to prevent damage during transport. Export packaging meets international logistics standards.

Q: What is your lead time?

A: Regular products can be shipped within 7–15 days. Customized orders usually require 20–30 days, depending on complexity and order size.

Q: How can I place an order?

A: You can send an inquiry via our website, email, or phone. Our sales team will confirm specifications, provide a quotation, and guide you through the ordering process.
